Just under Fagaras Mountains in Romania lies this little gem. It's called The Clay Castle from the Fairy Valley (Castelul de Lut din Valea Zanelor). It's not yet finished (it will be a restaurant and hotel when it is), but the outer area is open to visitors. One of the cutest buildings ever!
